1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to AIConverterLab ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website located at aiconverterlab.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.

2. Permitted Use & Acceptable Guidelines

AIConverterLab provides a client-side WebAssembly media utility designed for content creators, sound designers, podcasters, educators, and personal users to extract and transcode media files. You agree to use the Service solely for legitimate, lawful purposes in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

You expressly agree NOT to:

  • Use the tool to infringe upon any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights of any third party.
  • Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the website's infrastructure or distribution networks.
  • Use automated scrapers, bots, or programmatic extraction tools without prior written authorization.

3. Intellectual Property Rights & File Ownership

You retain 100% full ownership of all files, audio tracks, and content you process using AIConverterLab. We do not claim any copyright, license, or intellectual property rights over your uploaded files or resulting converted audio.

Because conversions occur entirely within your local browser sandbox, our servers never receive, store, or create copies of your media files.

4. Copyright & Anti-Stream-Ripping Policy

AIConverterLab is strictly a local offline file transcoder. It is not designed, marketed, or intended for circumventing Digital Rights Management (DRM) or downloading unauthorized streams from protected online platforms (such as YouTube, Spotify, Netflix, or SoundCloud). Users are solely responsible for ensuring they possess the necessary rights and permissions for the files they transcode.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

While we strive for high conversion precision and audio fidelity, we do not guarantee that the tool will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all legacy media formats.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AIConverterLab, its founders, operators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill) arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Service.

7. Governing Law & Modifications

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. We reserve the right to revise or replace these Terms at any time by updating this page. Your continued use of the website following any changes signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.
