At AIConverterLab (aiconverterlab.com), your privacy is our absolute priority. Unlike traditional online conversion utilities that upload your media to remote third-party cloud servers, AIConverterLab operates 100% in-browser via WebAssembly (WASM).

Zero File Upload Guarantee: When you select a video or audio file to convert, the file is loaded solely into your local device's memory (RAM). The transcoding process occurs locally on your CPU/GPU. Your files are never transmitted to, stored on, or accessible by our servers.

2. Information We Collect

Because media processing is entirely client-side, we collect minimal data required to maintain website availability, performance, and security:

  • Anonymous Technical Log Data: Standard server access logs (IP addresses, browser type, operating system, referring URL, and timestamp) collected automatically by our CDN provider for DDoS mitigation and infrastructure health.
  • Local Storage Data: We may use browser localStorage to store your local preferences (such as audio bitrate presets or cookie consent status). This data never leaves your browser.
