DMCA & Copyright Policy
1. Commitment to Copyright Protection
AIConverterLab (aiconverterlab.com) respects the intellectual property rights of others and strictly complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512, "DMCA"), European Directive 2001/29/EC, and international intellectual property laws.
2. Non-Hosting & Zero-Storage Architecture
AIConverterLab is a purely client-side software utility that executes within the end-user's web browser using WebAssembly. Please note:
- We Do Not Host Files: AIConverterLab does not maintain servers that host, store, index, or distribute user files.
- Zero Cloud Transmission: Media converted using our tool is loaded exclusively into the user's local RAM and is never sent to our servers.
- No File Sharing or Search Index: The Service provides no mechanism for public file sharing, streaming, or cataloging of media.
3. Anti-Stream-Ripping & Circumvention Prohibition
Our tool is intended exclusively for creators, educators, sound designers, and consumers to transcode files that they own, created, or have obtained legitimate legal permission to process.
4. DMCA Notice Procedure
Because AIConverterLab does not host or store any third-party files on its servers, we do not have access to remove or delete files on end-user machines. However, if you believe that content on our website itself infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a DMCA Notice containing the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material on our website that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g. specific URL).
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email address).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
